Related services may include but not be limited to providing hazardous material assessments, surveys, reports, abatement design plans/specifications, cost estimates and air monitoring associated with the above work. Consultants work may also require the participation of other engineering related disciplines such as architecture, civil, electrical, and structural. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated retainer contract value is $ 5,000,000.
