The Design-Bid-Build project elements include, but are not limited to an administrative building, inmate dorm building, inmate recreation building, inmate hobby bulding, CDCR/CDF barracks building, inmate kitchen and mess hall, multipurpose facility for inmate programs, inmate staging area/restrooms & showers, warehouse, carpentry shop, auto/welding shop, vehicle storage building, sawmill shed, sawmill building, planer/assembly building including dry kilns, pole barn, generator/pump/storage building, covered vehicle wash rack, vehicle wash recycling building, and covered parking. This project will be designed and constructed at a minimum to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED¿) Silver certification (as published and administered by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC¿) and Zero Net Energy (ZNE).
