THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, BUT A SURVEY TO LOCATE POTENTIAL SOURCES.
The US Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, AZ is performing a market survey to determine if there are an adequate number of interested and qualified firms having the capability to supply a Resume Research Database and to search for diversity candidates.
All qualified concerns may submit capabilities statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative, and management capability of such offerors to perform this type of work. Capability statements will be used to determine appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside is warranted or an alternate procurement strategy is warranted.
Interested firms should submit a capabilities statement to this office by email or fax by 4:00 p.m., Arizona time, February 5, 2010. The capabilities package submitted by a vendor should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to provide a resume research database. Packages should not exceed five pages in length and include the following information: (1) Business name and address (2) Point of contact to include email address and phone number (3) Business size and type. For this requirement, the NAICS code is 561310 and the applicable small business size standard is $7 million.
This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of supplying this service are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
