A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must quote on all items listed in the scope attached.

The FTC has a requirement to purchase monthly data for each SKU of all combustible cigarettes aggregated to the state-level from store-level scanner data collected at both drug and grocery stores (MULO) and convenience stores (C-Stores) for product characteristics, prices, sales, and marketing from 2012-2018. This data will be used for a research project and to write a report that is publically released and ultimately published in an academic journal.
