REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR SURVEYING SERVICES For the Town of Easton Conservation Commission Portion of Clifford Grant Management Area, Randall Street, Easton MA 02356 The Easton Conservation Commission requests a not-to-exceed cost estimate for wetland delineation, surveying and field marking of a portion of the town’s property line at Clifford Grant Management Area, Easton MA 02356 (Map 21U/parcel 1, Map 25U/parcels 6 and 7). It was brought to our attention that a portion of the trail was constructed on private property. Our intent is to survey and mark/flag the property line so we can reroute the trail. The cost estimate should include: 1. Wetland delineation 2. Survey of wetland flags, topography, and flagging of identified lot line; 3. And a meeting with the Environmental Planner at the site to view the property line after it is marked/flagged. Please provide a not-to-exceed cost estimate for these services and include a schedule of fees. The cost should include all labor, expenses and materials. Quotes can be submitted for just survey work if a wetland professional is not on staff. Qualifications: All wetland delineation should be done by a wetland professional. All survey work should be performed by a Registered Land Surveyor. The professionals should have at least 5 years working experience within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please submit a “not-to-exceed” estimate for each task item and include all labor, expenses and materials in accordance with the above referenced specifications by email no later than Monday, September 19, 2022 by 4:00pm.
