QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

1. Question - In the Evaluation Factor 1 text, there is mention of Attachment II in the RFP. In the posted information, I was unable to find an Attachment II. Is this a typo?

Response - Yes. Reference to "Attachment II" was an unintentional mistake. The phrase "Attachment II of the RFQ" is hereby deleted and replaced with "the RFQ Statement of Work." The full sentence should now read as:

"The RFQ respondent's relevant professional experience reviewing deliverables of similiar scope and complexity related to energy sector infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in hydropower projects, and energy sector project development expertise as it relates to the RFQ Statement of Work will be evaluated to determine the likelihood that the RFQ respondent can successfully perform the contract requirements and with a low risk of non-performance."

All other text in the evaluation factor remains unchanged.

2. Question - Is there a specified contract type for this opportunity?

Response  - Yes, it is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed-Price.

3. Question - Will all documentation be provided in English?

Response - Yes, all documentation required for assessment will be provided in English.

4. Question - Will all contractor prepared deliverables be available for immediate review upon contract award and what is the expected turnaround time for the invoice review report?

Response - Yes, it is intended that all Contractor prepared deliverables that require review (i.e. the Work Product) ,will be available for review immediately after contract award. The Desk Study Review (DSR) Contractor will have approximately two weeks to review the Work Product, which includes documents related to the Cost Share Agreement, before submitting an initial first draft to USTDA for review.
