The intent of this request for qualifications is to provide Architectural/Engineering services needed for the New Police Evidence Storage, Crime Lab, North Police Sub-station & Code Compliance offices Facility, located at 1715 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington, Texas. The overall project budget for the design, construction, site improvements and other soft cost is $3,075,000. The City of Arlington strongly encourages respondents to submit their response to this RFQ electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
