In October 2022 the NCDOT let project U-2579 AA which is known as the Northern Beltway Eastern Section (future I-74) from US 311 to I-40. The project includes the relocation of approximately 4,700 LF of gravity sewer lines and 300 LF of water lines by an NCDOT contractor. Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities is in need of an engineering firm to serve as Owner’s Representative by performing Construction Administration services for the water and sewer lines that will be installed by the NCDOT contractor. These CA services will include submittals review, on-site construction observation and construction administration.
