1. Perform infiltration testing per the City’s Storm Water Best Management Practices (BMP) Guidelines at the locations listed below. The City must approve a Traffic Control Plan prior to commencement of work. a. West Mission Street and Gillespie Street Intersection (Northwest Corner) – total of one test b. 600 Block of West Mission Street – total of one test c. West Micheltorena Street and Dutton Avenue (Northwest Corner) – total of one test d. 600 Block of West Micheltorena Street (South side of street) – total of two tests 2. Provide a report (PDF file) indicating the results of said infiltration testing. 3. If recommended by the Consultant, perform laboratory analysis of soil samples for potential Constituents of Concern relating to LUFT site at 1502 San Andres Street. If laboratory analysis is recommended by the Consultant, prepare a report (PDF file) that summarizes the findings of the laboratory analysis. (Extra Services) 5. (Extra Services) In addition to the criteria listed in the RFP, the proposer is required to obtain a business license from the City prior to the execution of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the City for the consulting services. The Consultant must adhere to all procedures and requirements of Caltrans' Local Assistance Program Manual as applicable to the PSA.
