NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) ROOF REPLACEMENT CITY OF JACKSBORO TWIN LAKES ACTIVITY CENTER To All Interested Bidders: Bidders are invited to submit a formal Proposal (the “Proposal”) to replace the roof and gutters at the Twin Lakes Activity Center with the attached General Conditions and Specifications. Please submit one original and two copies of the Proposal. Faxed or emailed Proposals will not be accepted. If any questions arise from the RFP, the bidder may submit a request for clarification via email to the Jacksboro City Manager at [email protected]. Any clarification documents will be made by addendum to the RFP. All questions should be emailed no later than 5:00 pm, October 8, 2021. All questions that arise that require an addendum will be posted to the City of Jacksboro website at www.cityofjacksboro.com no later than October 13, 2021. Sealed Proposals will be received at City Hall until 2:00 pm, on October 20, 2021. All Proposals shall be clearly marked with “Roof Replacement Twin Lakes Activity Center.” Immediately following the closing of the RFP, bids will be publicly opened at City Hall located at 112 West Belknap Street, Jacksboro, TX 76458. All sealed Proposals must be delivered to the following address: City of Jacksboro Attn: City Secretary 112 West Belknap Street Jacksboro, TX 76458 Proposals will be opened at the time and date, and location indicated above. The Proposals shall remain firm for not less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Proposal.
