The Successor Agency to the Sanger Redevelopment Agency (“Successor Agency”) and the City of Sanger (“City”) are inviting proposals from qualified Proposers to purchase property located in the City of Sanger (“Site”). The former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sanger owned the property until the Redevelopment Agency was dissolved pursuant to Assembly Billx1 26 (“Dissolution Law”). The Successor Agency is now responsible for disposing of the property, which was included in the Successor Agency’s Long Range Property Management Plan (“LRPMP”) approved by the California Department of Finance under the Dissolution Law.
