Deadline: December 19, 2023 Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for competitive contracting, not subject to public bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 will be received by the County Purchasing Agent of the County of Salem. The following disorder treatment services have been established as priorities: Halfway House Services Education/Prevention Services Subacute Residential Detoxification Services/Short Term Services Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient Services Sober Living Housing Transportation Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, Fifth Street Office Complex, and 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey 08079 or they may be mailed on telephone request (856) 935-7510, extension 8401 or e-mail request to
[email protected]. Responses shall be made on the forms and submitted in the manner designated within the specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, “Proposal for Providing Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services to the Salem County Mental Health & Addiction Services ” on the outermost package. Respondents must submit one Original (clearly marked “Original”) and three complete hard copies of their responses. The proposals shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Department, Attn: Stephen Hoffman – Purchasing Assistant, 110 5th Street, Salem, NJ 08079 no later than Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM, prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public at Salem County Fifth Street Complex, Conference Room 105, 110 Fifth Street, Conference Room 105, Salem, NJ 08079. Late bids will not be considered. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Submission Conference will NOT be held.
