The Pleasanton Police Department solicits proposals from qualified firms to conduct a community survey in early 2023. The selected consultant will develop an appropriate survey process and methodology to measure community sentiment focused on feelings of safety and community trust based on location, time of day to include residents and visitors. The consultant will be responsible for creating and administering the survey, after obtaining staff input on questions, tabulating the results, and presenting a final product to Pleasanton Police Department officials and City Council in a written report and formal presentations.
