The Town of Warren is seeking proposals for the complete reassessment and revaluation of all taxable and exempt real property located within the corporate limits of the Town of Warren, Rhode Island effective December 31, 2025, pursuant to the RI General Laws. Specifications are available in the Warren Town Clerk's Office between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM- 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885 Monday through Friday and available online at www.townofwarren-ri.gov. Contractors desiring to provide services according to the specifications must deliver three (3) copies of their proposals to the Town Clerk’s Office - Town Hall, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885 clearly marked FULL REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION by 11:00 AM on July 30, 2024 at which time the Proposals will be publically opened. All information pertaining to the Contractor’s technical and management approach to completing this project, as well as the proposed cost, timetable and staffing plan, shall be presented in the Proposal. The Proposal must address, at a minimum, each of the issues set forth in the Request for Proposals in order to be considered responsive. The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accepts the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
