The Osage Nation will receive proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to provide parts and labor for the installation of fiber optic cabling. Proposal Packets can be obtained electronically from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office, 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056. Please contact Tammy Leeper with the Osage Nation Procurement Office via email at [email protected]. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Purchasing Office. All questions about the project will be addressed at that time and a walk-thru of the site will occur. All respondents are required to attend. Responses must be received on or before 4:30 PM, Friday, January 17, 2020 in the Purchasing Office. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
