The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms with past, proven, positive experiences in providing outdoor holiday design plans and installation for DuBois Park, Martin Family Park, Wright Family Park, the Town Dock at the end of Calhoun Street, Calhoun/Boundary/Lawrence Streets, Oyster Factory Park, and the Town Municipal Building under a fixed price contract. The target start date for performing these services is November 2020.
