Request for Proposal (RFP) # ACT-JFTC-006-08, for the acquisition of; Contract Support for a INFOSEC SECURITY ENGINEER in support of the Director of the Joint Forces Training Centre on behalf of the Supreme Allied Commander Transformation.

Your company is hereby invited to participate in a Request for Proposal with the intent to award a contract to be established on behalf of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation by the Supreme Headquarters Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT), located in Norfolk, Virginia, United States of America.

Partial Bidding is not authorised.

The bid closing date for this IFIB is 12.00 Hours (noon), Tuesday, 25 November 2008, Eastern Standard Time, Norfolk, Virginia, U.S.A. (local time).  In accordance with BI-SC Procurement Directive at reference, the sealed bid opening is not public. The following documents are considered an integral part of this RFP;
