REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL MIDDLETOWN BOARD OF EDUCATION Sealed proposals, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Middletown Board of Education, Room 4, 311 Hunting Hill Ave., Middletown, Connecticut 06457 will be received until 12:00 PM on March 12, 2021 for the following: RFP# 2021-01 Architectural, Engineering and Project Management Services Wilbert Snow Elementary School Roof Replacement & Farm Hill Elementary School Roof Replacement Middletown Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Architectural, Engineering and Project Management Services to replace the existing roofing at Wilbert Snow Elementary School, 299 Wadsworth Street, Middletown, and Farm Hill Elementary School, 390 Ridge Road, Middletown, CT 06457. It is the intent of Middletown Public Schools to award the work under this request for proposals to one firm. * Pre-proposal site visits will be held and begin at Wilbert Snow Elementary School, 299 Wadsworth Street on Wednesday, March 03, 2021 at 10:00 am. Immediately following, attendees will continue to the second site visit, Farm Hill Elementary School, 390 Ridge Road, Middletown, Ct. Site visits are not mandatory; however, it is recommended interested parties attend to be familiarized with the project. In the event of snow, the Pre-Proposal site visits will be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
