The Osage Nation is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified General Property Appraisers to provide certified appraisal services for properties located in Osage County, OK. The appraisals shall be for primarily rural properties for farming and grazing leases, hunting leases and other miscellaneous business leases, easements, rights-of-way, and fair market values. The majority of the land is rural, however, there may be occasional requests for various parcels located within a town or city. The Osage Nation will provide Contractors with specific lists with legal descriptions and as much information as we have available upon contract execution. Proposal Packets can be obtained electronically from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office, 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056. Proposals must be received on or before 4:30 PM, Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Purchasing Office. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
