Notice is hereby given that the City of Menifee has determined that all bidders on the CIP 13-03: HOLLAND ROAD / I-215 OVERPASS project must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on this project. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT is to construct a new four-lane bridge over the I-215 at Holland Road. In addition, the project proposes to construct MSE walls, traffic signals, street lighting, storm drain improvements, water and sewer and other utilities, landscaping and irrigation improvements. The Plans and specifications are currently at 100% THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST for the Holland Road / I-215 project is: $24,000,000-$26,000,000 THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION TIME FRAME for the project is: from August 2022 - October 2023.
