The Army, acting through the contracting office of DLA Energy is requesting information concerning an on-site solar photovoltaic project(s) to serve U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground. Current contract authorities allow the Department of Defense to enter into contracts up to a maximum term of 30 years for the provision and operation of energy production facilities on real property under the Secretary's jurisdiction or on private property and the purchase of energy produced from such facilities.
