This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e).  DLA Strategic Materials is seeking input from rare earth suppliers, processors, buyers, and consumers on the separation of SEG+ concentrate.  DLA Strategic Materials will use information gathered from this Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes relating to stockpiling in accordance with the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98 § et seq.).  For this RFI, DLA is interested in responses from industry that may be used in a future solicitation.
