The TARDEC OP Lab conducts laboratory tests and Live Fire Test & Evaluation (LFT&E) tests in support of fielding technologies that reduce the injuries to soldiers during blast and crash events in Army ground vehicle systems. The OP Lab conducts several types of tests which require the use of ATDs (Anthropomorphic Test Dummies) to record the data from the test event.

The TARDEC OP Lab is requesting that contractors who can provide all of the information below respond to this request for information.

1. Can you provide all of the parts in the attached product list?
2. Can you repair and calibrate (ISO 17025 Accredited) every item on the attached parts list?
3. Can you repair and calibrate (ISO 17025 Accredited) Hybrid-III load cells such as M/N 1794AJD14, M/N4752JD14?
4. Can you provide dummy parts (e.g. skins, femurs, tibias, lumbars) for a Hybrid-III 5th, 50th, and 95th Anthropomorphic Test Device (ATD)?
5. Dummy parts provided need to be compatible with DTS, Inc. SLICE data acquisition system equipment.
6. Can you provide software support to operate ATD calibration fixtures to certify ATDs to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) specifications?
