This Request for Information (RFI) is the initiation of Market Research under Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and is not a Request For Proposal (RFP). The Department of Defense (DoD) Optical Fabrication Enterprise (OFE) is seeking to add frames to its frame of choice (FOC) program. The Optical Fabrication Enterprise is soliciting all frame vendors to provide samples of frames they feel meet the requirements listed in the attached RFI.
