GIMC, Health Promotion Department is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) meeting to discuss potential MSPI projects for FY2014. Meeting will be held on October 17, 2013, at the GIMC Administrative Building, ASB Conference Room #127, 1808 W. Aztec Ave. Gallup, NM 87301 @ 9:00 am.

GIMC Health Promotion Department will be discussing potential FY2014 MSPI projects and is seeking to discuss/gather information & brainstorm on MSPI objectives, requirements, etc. from experienced businesses/sources. The information provided is for information and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. Any information provided by businesses to the Government is strictly voluntary. GIMC is NOT responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice.

GIMC Contracting Office is currently conducting market research to locate qualified and interested potential businesses/sources with experience in providing services applicable to the MSPI projects. All interested, capable and responsible sources not able to attend the meeting but wish to respond to this RFI are required to send their capability statements to Natasha Chee, Contract Specialist, by email, [email protected].
