North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the CVM Swine Holding Facility project, located on West Campus. This project constructs a new 2455 gsf swine holding facility. The facility includes standard animal holding pens and monitoring systems. The facility will be a pre-engineered metal building. The budget of $1,000,000 incorporates design, construction, fees and associated construction costs. To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor’s license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value, and preferably in a University campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above. To be considered, the contractor must obtain an application package from the NC State University Project Manager and submit a fully completed qualification document by 5:00PM, February 22, 2022, to Mike Kapp, project manager, by email only, to
