AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES Project: Janitorial Services at County Park Bathrooms and School House Location: Placerville Park, Down Valley Park and Placerville School House, 81430 Be it agreed as follows: Contractor agrees to perform the following services for San Miguel County: Provide complete cleaning services at the above listed locations on the following schedule: 3 times per week year round at both parks and 1 time per month at the Placerville School House Cleaning at the Placerville School House shall occur the first week of each month or at another approved time of month, as long as it’s consistent throughout the year. The cleaning days (3) at both parks to be arranged between the Parks Supervisor and Contractor. Work to begin the week of January 3, 2022. Matt Haynes of CDC is responsible for ordering bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, feminine product bags, urinal pucks and air freshener. The contractor is required to communicate directly with Matt and/or the Parks Supervisor, if they notice a deficiency in bathroom supplies or a problem with inventory. Contractor and County shall arrange to have bathroom supplies billed directly to the County account. Invoices shall be sent to the Parks Supervisor in a timely manner. Contractor is responsible for all other cleaning supplies needed to perform janitorial services at all facilities. Janitorial duties at the park bathrooms include cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, stalls, doors, air vents, mirrors, walls, floors along with removal of all cobwebs. Outside water faucets shall also be disinfected and cleaned. Special attention shall be paid to high use areas such as walls and floors around sinks, toilets and soap dispensers. Janitorial duties at the School House include cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom, wet mopping the bathroom floor, sweeping and mopping the historic wood floor, dusting the entire facility, washing the chalk boards, emptying the trash and recycling bins, removing cobwebs and sweeping the mechanical room. No abrasive products may be used on the historic wood floor at the School House. Refill dispensers for paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and feminine product bags as needed. Add enzyme pucks to urinals as needed. Empty trash receptacles and replace trash liner bags. Contractor may use the dumpster at Down Valley Park for trash disposal. The combo to the dumpster is (will be provided). Report malfunctions and vandalism immediately to the Parks Supervisor at (970)729-1829. Call 911 in case of an emergency or call dispatch at (970)728-1911 if you feel in danger or suspect criminal activity. This agreement will be for one year (2022) and will renew automatically on January 1st of the following year unless the terms of this agreement are not substantially met or either party needs to make changes to this agreement.
