The City of Milwaukie (the City) is seeking bids for the purchase of the property located 2215 SE Harrison Street, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222 (the Property). The Property is owned by the City. The Request for Bids documents may be obtained on the Milwaukie Bid Management Systems, http://bids.milwaukieoregon.gov/. Proposers are required to login (at no cost) in order to access the bid documents. Bids for purchase the Property will be received via email or at the City of Milwaukie Community Development Department Office until 12:30 p.m. on January 31, 2020.
