Bid opening will be Thursday February 2, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at Thomaston-Upson Board of Education, 205 Civic Center Drive, Thomaston, Georgia 30286. Bids will be accepted in person, by email, and mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
