CITY OF JACKSBORO NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS JACKSBORO ANIMAL SHELTER The City of Jacksboro is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a new Animal Shelter on Highway 380 West. Plans for the Animal Shelter are available at City Hall upon request. Sealed bids will be received at City Hall until 2:00 pm on January 3, 2023. All bids shall be clearly marked with “Animal Shelter'', bid openings will immediately follow. There will be no discussion or review of bids at the opening.
