NGA has a need to monitor and research geolocation estimates and emitter metadata for Signals of Interest with a worldwide subscription to an existing dataset that includes, but is not limited to, China, Russia, and Central to northern South America. NGA requires the capability to easily research vessels of interest and their historic tracks as well as fixed sites, in order to identify illicit activity, such as possible intelligence platforms, trafficking, and sanctions violations. The analytic products and services described in this acquisition will augment NGA’s capability to find, describe, and monitor places and things.
