VGLZ 212018 Replace Lights in Building 825. The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the existing lighting fixtures in selected areas on the interior of building 825 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Twp. MI.  The contractor will provide a complete and operable LED lighting system retrofit at Building 825 reusing existing lighting controls and occupancy sensors. The preplacement light fixtures will need to consist of various types and sizes and shall be high efficiency LED type fixtures. The design base of these lights shall be direct replacement of existing light fixtures. The project shall include but is not limited to removing old light fixtures, properly disposing of old light fixtures according to Selfridge Environmental Standards, installing new high efficiency LED light fixtures, properly install all lighting controls and occupancy sensors.  The work will require some minor electrical wiring modifications.
