Scope of work

Rewire all circuits in the house with FK where there are conduits for it and EQQ where surface installation is required. Replace all outlets and switches to modern type of a well-established brand.

Add light fixtures, All light fixtures shall be of LED type 3000K.  Outlets and a heated towel rack as described in the attached prints. Replace circuit breaker panel with a well-established brand. Include main switch, 300mA GFCI for heat pump, divide the circuits for light and power over two 4-pol 30mA GFCIs, outlets in wet areas shall be protected by 2-pol 10mA GFCIs.  Swedish electric code SS 436 40 00 will govern all installations and installation work.  Vendor must provide a list of products included in the offer, a list of employees or sub-contractors involved in this project, proof of liability insurance, Swedish electrical license, name of English speaking project manager and a reference list. A site visit is mandatory. The vendor must provide a suggested time plan. All light fixtures shall be of LED type 3000K. Firmed fixed price with VAT as a separate item.
