Attached is a "DRAFT" copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) for Solicitation-2031JG19R00033- Replace Circulating Annealing Furnaces at United States Mint Philadelphia & Denver. This email is also an invitation to attend the "Pre-Solicitation Site Visit" for this requirement at the United States Mint-Philadelphia ONLY. The site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 10:00am EST. If you are interested in attending, please complete the attached security clearance form and submit it via email to Mr. Dave Zipkin at [email protected] no later than Friday, November 1, 2019 at 4:00pm EST for processing. As stated above, the attached document is a "DRAFT" version and is subject to changes after the pre-solicitation site visit. All questions that you may have based on this requirement will be addressed at the pre- solicitation site visit. Additional questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (Garry Thomas) at [email protected]. Emails shall be labeled (within the subject field of the email) "RFI- Replace Circulating Annealing Furnaces." It is the offerors responsibility to ensure and verify that the United States Mint receives the information on or before the date and time specified. The information submitted must clearly articulate the offerors approach to satisfying the requirements specified in the attached document.
