The Air National Guard requires the replacement of old, procurement of new, and installation of new air conditioning units for Buildings 26 and 17. The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the replacement air conditioning units at Bradley ANG Base.
This solicitation is a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Selection". All proposals will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
