The Government requires a replacement heater Computer for a Global Ground Support Deicer, Model ERD 2875.

The Government believes that this is only available from Global Ground Support due to proprietary controls.

New replacement heater computer is required to manage truck mounted deicer heater operation.

Computer needs to interface seamlessly with existing sensors and controls for safe and efficient heater operations enabling instant one-pass heating of deicing fluid.

Computer accepts input from various flow, temperature, air pressure and fluid level sensors and provides outputs which in turn control fuel pressure, fuel volume hydraulic pressure and air pressure in order to maintain correct burn stages in combustion chamber for correct fluid output temperature.

New computer will permit predetermined parameters to be met in managing deicing fluid temperature at various dispensing volumes.

Predetermined parameters are driven by fluid temperature requirements for aircraft deicing operations.

Computer must fit into a prearranged location with the ability to connect with existing harnesses.
