The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to replace ventilating fans, Bldg. 978, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract including attachments.

Access is restricted for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI); Statement of Work and Enclosures.  Please request the access on the bata.SAM.

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between ¥10,000,000 and ¥25,000,000.

Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 22 Jul 2020, 1330 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 1330 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 978 for site survey.

If the quoter/offeror does not have a gate pass to access Misawa Air Base, please send an e-mail to the point of contact below for a temporally gate pass and escort before 21 Jul 2020, 1100 hours.
