GSA has a need to replace the judges/prisoner elevator at the John F. Seiberling Federal Building and U.S. Court:house located at 2 South Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44308.

The work includes:
1. Demo the existing elevator cart and motor, and controls.
2. Install new elevator cart and motor, and controls.
3. Remove and install new elevator hoist way doors and controls on each level.
4. Re-open the elevator entry on the second floor.
5. Cut open a new entry on floor level B3.
6. Replace double door with new door on floor level B3
7. One year of elevator services to ensure proper installation, maintenance and operations
