The only Bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference on the day and time specified above.
Project Summary:
1) Heating /cooling terminal units are not operational at the High School Diploma classroom, GED classroom, and CSIO incentives storage room. The heating /cooling terminal unit at the Leadership classroom malfunctions and overheats. Contractor will replace heating /cooling terminal unit in kind.
Heating /cooling terminal units fans are noisy at the GED math classroom and Driver's Education classroom. Contractor will replace terminal floor unit.
2) The heating system should use outdoor temperature reset for the heating hot water loop in the Education Building. Outdoor temperature reset continuously adjusts heating system supply temperatures. This allows the system to provide more heat when it is colder and less heat when it is warmer. This practice saves energy by operating at a lower temperature to improve efficiency. Contractor will install and program a Honeywell W8735S1000 or equivalent compatible system in this building.
