Project Description The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the Replacement of HVAC at SYR ATCT/TRACON located in Syracuse, New York. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The contractor shall perform at least fifteen (15) percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. The project duration is one hundred (100) calendar days. The following seven (7) companies have been prequalified by the Federal Aviation Administration, and will be the ONLY companies to receive a copy of the RFO (Request For Offers) for this project: 1.
