The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 has a requirement to renovate three (3) patient courtyards on the 2nd floor of the main building in the Loma Linda Healthcare facility.  The courtyard renovation will be done in three (3) phases, with one (1) courtyard per phase.  Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment.  Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work.  The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion.  All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
