The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to award a firm fixed price contract to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to replace and repair Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, greenhouse doors, vendor to install yale hardware, 16 Gauge CRS Frames, 18 Gauge Galva Neal doors, Factory Grey Primer, Prepped for flush bolts frame, prepped for lite kits tempered glass, commercial butt hinges, door closers, entry locksets, flush bolts, lite kits with clear view tempered safety glass, 2-18”X18” louvers with bug screens, 72” thresholds , door sweeps, perimeter weather seals, dummy function levers, and reuse existing hardware on demoed doors when possible, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This Project is located at USDA-ARS MS State, 150 Twelve Lane, MS State, MS 39762 and Poultry Research 606 Spring St. MS State, MS 39762.

This solicitation document incorporates those provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.

The Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract.

In accordance with FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
