The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Rolls Royce PLC of Bristol, Great Britain for a services acquisition supporting the AV-8B aircraft. This acquisition is for repair services for twelve (12) Rolls Royce IN-SITU Probes, S324123000. The Government does not own the rights to current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
