The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/PKZ is looking for a Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) or an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) that is also Turkish owned or have a place of business in Turkey per their System for Award Management (SAM) registration. NAICS code is 237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction. Place of Performance is Incirlik, Turkey. This sources sought is for planning purposes only.

Description of Work - A copy of the Draft Statement of Requirements, Appendix A is attached. Changes to the SOW may occur as a result of internal reviews.

The anticipated period of performance is 365 days and the estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

All prospective Contractors must be registered in the SAM database.

All firms who respond to this Sources Sought for this effort are encouraged to submit a capability package to the Points of Contact listed below.

Please include the following in your Capability Package:
(1) A statement of interest as a Prime Contractor, including Name and Address;
(2) Your DUNS Number and/or CAGE Code;
(3) List of capabilities and/or experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact with their phone numbers, and an explanation of the relevancy of the project (limit to 1 page per project);
(4) Documentation from surety or their agent of your capability to be bonded for bid, performance and payment bonds for this project.
