Synopsis:
This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price order on a sole source basis to Palomar Products Inc, (Cage Code: 00816) for repair of Shop Replaceable Units (SRU) which are components of the Crew Station Unit (CSU) or Communication Control Unit (CCU). These components are used on the Coast Guard's HC130J aircraft.

1. CSU Audio Board, NSN 5895-01-HS2-7405, P/N 1172675.
Estimated Repairs: 3 each

2. CSU VOX Board, NSN 5895-01-HS2-7404, P/N 1171575-1.
Estimated Repairs: 1 each

3. CCU Power Supply, NSN 6150-01-HS2-7403, P/N 1162800-102.
Estimated Repairs: 1 each

FOB Point: Destination is preferred

Period of Performance: From time of award to 60 days after last order
Set Aside: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act, 41 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B). The contracting officer determined there was not a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns; and therefore the small business set aside is dissolved. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
