The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a
sole source Time and Material (T&M) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (LM MS2), Owego, New York. The anticipated order will be to authorize LM MS2 to perform or provide all the necessary efforts required to evaluate and repair MH-60R mission avionics components. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft.
