Physical Support Branch, St Paul District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requests the purchase and installation of one hydraulic swing pump for a Liebherr R 954 C Litronic Excavator per the listed specifications.

Subject: Inspection for R954 S/N 976-23442 has been conducted, and it has been determined that the following parts have deficiencies and are in need of replacement.
• Part Number 10490781/ Plain compression - Quantity 2
• Part Number 7380691/O-ring - Quantity 1
• Part Number 11342492A/ Axial piston Pump - Quantity 1
• Drain hydraulic fluid replace with new, Vendor to supply oil equal to or better than OEM specs
• Clean hydraulic tank and change filters as necessary
• Service Air Conditioning System
• All parts must be OEM replacements
Installation Requirements
• Installer must follow all of the U.S.A.C.E safety guidelines on government property
• Upon start of installation work must be completed as quickly as practicable.
• Once contract is awarded the installer will have 14 days to complete work order
• All of the following must be included: miscellaneous items: shop supplies, servicemen's expenses, loading and unloading of equipment.
NOTE: In the event that other maintenance issues are identified during the course of the pump replacement the vendor shall notify the Contracting officer and the Technical Point of Contact with a list of items that require repair. Only the work identified in this SOW is authorized. Any additional repairs identified have to be authorized by the contracting officer.
Installation Notes: Upon completion of installation an operational test shall be performed with a representative from the government present to observe testing. The Dredge Wade is currently located at Brownsville MN and will remain there until mid-April 2016. The Dredge Wade is a mobile platform, because of this fact the installation location may change depending on when the installation will be completed. A safe location range would be between Brownsville MN and Fountain City WI. Site visits are welcomed and encouraged, but at the vendors expense.
