The DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations Directorate intends to issue a sole source order to Raytheon Network Centric Systems for the repair of communication security devices, KGV 113’s. Raytheon Network Centric Systems is the original manufacturer of these devices and maintains the proprietary rights and security aspects that make them the only source of supply and repair. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811213 The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation is restricted to Raytheon Network Centric Systems, 8333 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL, 33777. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
