This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Order to Epiroc USA, LLC, The requirement is for repair of a US Geological Survey (USGS) California Water Science Center, Sacramento, CA, owned Ingersoll Rand TH-60 Drill Rig, S/N 21366. To the knowledge of the USGS, Epiroc USA is the only source capable of meeting all the described requirements below. The repairs include: Replacement of Rotary Head Repair Mud Pump Hydraulic Leak Repair Power Take Off (PTO) Leak Replace Leg Jack The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible parties may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No solicitation will be issued.
