Test, Teardown and Evaluation (TT&E), Repair, or Beyond Economical Repair (BER) of seven APX-119 Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) variants to a serviceable condition. (See attached NSNs).  Field returned units will be evaluated and repairs made or disposition determined.  The Government's intention is to add NSNs to existing Raytheon Corporate Contract that expires 14 Jun 2020.  This repair service is restricted to qualified sources. Only current qualified source is Raytheon Co. CAGE 1LZU1.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or the rights to the data. It is not economical to reverse engineer the part.
